All events are held rain or shine; all sales are final with no refunds. This Fan Festival hospitality experience does not include admission to a FIFA World Cup match. Hospitality tents are general admission; seating is first-come, first-served. All guests must have a valid hospitality ticket. All guests aged 2 and older must have a ticket. Guests must exit at the end of their assigned session. Re-entry is permitted with proper credentials. Cabana seating is reserved; a valid ticket is required.
