Making the best seasonal risotto, with mushrooms and porcini, with our mushroom and chicken stock; then to follow with lightly shallow-fried and crispy arancini and an arancini ‘cake’.
The menu for Charcuterie I will include duck rillettes, salt cod brandade and a French country terrine, served with cornichons, baguettes and our tomato relish, and of course dining with wine!
