We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, business details), booking data processed through the platform, and usage analytics to improve the Service.
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process bookings and payments, send transactional emails (booking confirmations, reminders), and communicate about product updates.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: payment processors (Stripe) to process transactions, email providers (Resend) to deliver notifications, and hosting providers (Vercel, DigitalOcean) to operate the Service.
4. Vendor Data Ownership
Vendors own their customer data, booking records, and business information. Unlike marketplace platforms, Addagio does not use vendor customer data for marketing or share it with competitors.
5. Customer Booking Data
When customers make a booking, their name, email, phone number, and booking details are shared with the vendor they are booking with. This data is necessary to fulfill the booking.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (with consent) to understand how the Service is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit, encrypted databases for data at rest, and secure authentication practices. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.
8. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized booking statistics may be retained for analytics.
