1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Addagio (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Addagio provides a booking page builder platform that allows businesses to create branded booking pages for services and vacation rentals. The Service includes templates, scheduling tools, payment processing integration, and customer management features.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Pricing and Payment

Addagio offers two pricing plans: Pay Per Booking (5% per transaction) and Pro Subscription ($29/month with 0% commission). Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, services, and pricing. Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual Property

The Addagio platform, including templates, designs, and software, is the intellectual property of Addagio. Vendors retain ownership of their content (images, descriptions, business data).

7. Limitation of Liability

Addagio is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your booking page will be deactivated. Your data will be available for export for 30 days after termination.
